介绍名老中医张迎春教授活血化瘀安胎的学术观点。张迎春认为妊娠血瘀者,不应一味拘泥于传统理论,而应大胆将“活血化瘀”思想运用于妇科安胎的治疗中,同时强调活血须注重调理气机,活血与止血相结合,止血不留瘀。附典型病案1则以资验证。

This paper introduces the academic thought of Professor ZHANG Ying-chun,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,on promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and stabilizing fetus.She believes that those pregnancy with blood stasis symptom should not blindly adhere to the traditional theory,but should boldly apply the idea of"promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis"to the treatment of gynecological abortion.At the same time,she emphasizes that promoting blood circulation should pay attention to regulating Qi mechanism,combining blood circulation with hemostasis,and hemostasis should not leave blood stasis.A typical medical record is attached for verification.
