《医道还元》的医易思想分析

《医道还元》是道家医学的经典著作,全书除表达“医性命”的追求外,在书的前三卷还多采用易理来解释医理。卷一“脉理奥旨”以易理诠释切诊和望诊,同时也体现了四诊合参的思想;卷二“症候源流”分别论述8个卦象的“症候源流”,并且阐明了每一卦所代表的脏腑与其他脏腑生克制化的重要关系;卷三“药法阐微”除阐述内药和外药的应用外,还以九星等为喻提出了治疗不同疾病的方法。前三卷以易理阐释诊法、脏腑证候和治则治法等展现了丰富的医易思想。

Yidao Huanyuan is a classic work of Taoist medicine.In addition to expressing the pursuit of medical body and soul,the first three volumes of the book mostly use Yi Li to explain medical principles.Volume1"Mai Li Ao Zhi"is not limited to"pulse",but a combination of four diagnosis,such as in-depth examination,inspection,and smell and diagnosis;Volume 2"Symptom Origins"discusses the"symptom origins"of the eight hexagrams.It also discusses the important relationship between the Zang-fu organs represented by each hexagram and the restraint of other Zang-fu organs.In addition to explaining the application of internal and external medicines,the third volume of"Medicinal Law Explanation"also uses nine stars as a metaphor to propose the treatment of different diseases.The first three volumes use the theories of The Book of Changes to explain the diagnosis method,the symptoms of the viscera and the treatment methods,etc.,showing a wealth of medicine and The Book of Changes thought.
