“三全育人”视域下大学生高质量就业路径探析

An Analysis of High Quality Employment Path of College Students from the Perspective of “Three Full Education”

大学生高质量就业事关大学生人生价值的实现,及高校人才培养质量和国家高质量发展。在“三全育人”视域下高校仍存在缺乏全员联动的就业队伍,缺乏全过程就业指导、全方位就业实践和与信息技术深度融合等问题。需要将“三全育人”的理念贯穿于就业队伍建设、就业指导、就业实践和就业服务中,助推高校学生实现更高质量和更充分的就业。

The high quality employment of college students is related to the realization of college students’ life value, the quality of talents training in colleges and universities, and the high quality development of the country. However, from the perspective of “three full education”, there are still some problems such as lack of full linkage of employment team, lack of whole-process employment guidance, all-round employment practice, and deep integration with information technology. It is still necessary to put the concept of “three full education” through the construction of employment team, employment guidance, employment practice, and employment services, and to boost college students to achieve higher quality and more full employment.
