姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)作为一种珍贵的食药同源菌类,以其特有的营养保健功效和口感受到了中外消费者的广泛青睐,有着巨大的研究价值与广阔的开发前景。通过概述姬松茸的生物学特征,并总结姬松茸遗传育种与栽培技术研究进展,旨在为姬松茸的进一步深入研究和产业发展提供参考。
Agaricus blazei as a kind of precious fungus with homology of medicine and food,is favored by consumers at home and abroad for its unique nutritional function and taste,and has broad development and application prospects.The biological characteristics and the research progress of the genetics,breeding and cultivation techniques of A.blazei were summarized,aiming to provide reference for the further research and development of A.blazei.
