摘要
本文通过对榆林市荞麦加工产业的深入调研,掌握了荞麦副产物加工利用现状以及存在的主要问题,提出了荞麦副产物综合高效利用的发展建议。
Through the in-depth investigation of buckwheat processing industry in Yulin,the current situation and main problems of buckwheat by-products processing and utilization were mastered,and the development suggestions of putting forward comprehensive and efficient utilization of buckwheat by-products were offered in this paper.
