蜡样芽孢杆菌广泛分布于自然界,通常从土壤和食物中均可分离出,是一种产生毒素导致不同类型胃肠道疾病及其他疾病的致病菌。蜡样芽孢杆菌引起的食物中毒事件时有发生,与呕吐毒素有关的报告越来越多。因此,了解呕吐毒素的产生机制和影响因素是预防和检测呕吐毒素的基础。
Bacillus cereus is ubiquitously distributed in nature and commonly isolated from soil and food.It is a pathogenic bacterium that produces toxins that cause various types of gastrointestinal diseases and other diseases.Food poisoning events caused by Bacillus cereus occur frequently,and the growing number of reports related to the emetic toxin.Understanding the mechanism and influencing factors of emetic toxin is the basic condition to prevent and detect it.
