摘要
以枸骨根为原料,采用热水浸提法提取枸骨根多糖,在单因素试验的基础上运用响应面法优化枸骨根多糖的提取工艺。结果表明,枸骨根多糖的最佳提取工艺为提取温度85℃、液料比12∶1(mL·g^(-1))、提取时间2.2 h,此时理论提取率为5.62%,实测值是5.59%,两者相近,说明提取工艺稳定可靠,可为枸骨根多糖的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
Using the root of Ilex cornuta as raw material,polysaccharide from the root of Ilex cornuta was extracted by hot water extraction method.On the basis of single factor experiments,the extraction process of polysaccharide from the root of Ilex cornuta was optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:water bath temperature was 85℃,liquid-solid ratio was 12:1(mL·g^(-1)),extraction time was 2.2 h,the theoretical extraction rate was 5.62%,and the measured value was 5.59%,the two were similar,indicating that the extraction process was stable and reliable,which could provide a basis for the further development and utilization of polysaccharide from the root of Ilex cornuta.
