益肾蠲痹丸联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yishen Juanbi Pills combined with Methotrexate Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨益肾蠲痹丸联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法选择2020年4月至2021年5月河北省保定市第二中心医院于收治的96例RA患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益肾蠲痹丸治疗,均治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状及不良反应,检测并比较患者治疗前、治疗6个月后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)滴度、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、MMP-3、抗链球菌溶血素“O”(ASO)。结果治疗6个月后两组休息痛时间、晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、关节压痛指数较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后两组手部握力较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后两组CRP、ESR、RF、MMP-1、MMP-3、ASO较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾蠲痹丸联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗RA患者效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Juanbi Pills combined with Methotrexate Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 96 RA patients admitted to Baoding Second Central Hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Methotrexate Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Juanbi Pills on the basis of the control group for six months.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF)titer,matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),MMP-3,and anti streptolysin“O”(ASO)were detected and compared before and after six months of treatment.Results After six months of treatment,rest pain time,morning stiffness time,joint swelling number and joint tenderness index in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the hand grip strength of both groups was increased compared with that before treatment,and that of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,CRP,ESR,RF,MMP-1,MMP-3,and ASO in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After six months of treatment,the clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Juanbi Pills combined with Methotrexate Tablets has significant efficacy in the treatment of RA patients,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with good safety.
