新时代高校辅导员胜任力模型构建研究

Research on Building of Counselor Competency Model in the New Era

新时代背景下,传统的高校辅导员胜任力模型已无法满足辅导员胜任力发展的新要求。基于此,在文献法和行为事件访谈法获取的高校辅导员胜任力词条的基础上,结合新时代对高校辅导员的新要求和新挑战,初步构建了高校辅导员胜任力模型;采取问卷调查法和数理统计分析法,对初步形成的高校辅导员胜任力词条进行筛选,通过探索性因子分析将高校辅导员胜任力模型划分为政治素养、专业知识、专业技能、职业素养、个性特质五个维度;对模型进行信度检验,最终构建了包含54项胜任力词条的高校辅导员胜任力模型。其中,得出包括“三牛精神”、四个意识、工匠精神、锐意进取等14项具有新时代特征的胜任力词条。

The traditional competency model of college counselors no longer meets the requirements for the development of counselors’competency in the new era.Firstly,based on the competency of college counselors obtained by literature review and event interview,this paper constructs a competency model of college counselors according to the new requirements and challenges of the new era.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics analysis method,this paper selects the newly formed terms of college counselors’competency,and then divides the competency model into five dimensions:political literacy,professional knowledge,professional skills,professional literacy and personality traits through exploratory factor analysis.Finally,the reliability of the model is tested,and the competency model of college counselors is finally constructed,which contains 54 competency terms.Thereinto,fourteen competency words with characteristics of the new era are obtained,including the“three ox spirit”,“four consciousnesses”,“craftsman spirit”and“enterprising”,etc.
