摘要
为研究体积百分比为30%的丙三醇水溶液参数对稳态条件下冰蓄冷换热器结冰效果的影响,本文对冰蓄冷换热器的局部结构进行物理建模并对其结冰状况进行数值模拟分析。首先根据冰蓄冷换热器的基本参数,对其在稳态条件下的结冰过程进行数值模拟分析,将模拟结果中的冰层厚度、液相比、丙三醇水溶液出口温度与实验结果进行对比,初步验证数值模拟参数设置的可靠性。之后,改变丙三醇水溶液的进口温度与流量,得到丙三醇溶液的温度、流量与换热管排外部结冰厚度变化规律。模拟结果与实验数据对比分析表明:实验数据与模拟结果基本符合,可以采用数值模拟方法对冰蓄冷换热器结冰换热情况进行模拟优化,丙三醇水溶液的温度和流量对换热管排外的结冰厚度与分布位置有较大影响。
In order to study the influence of glycerol aqueous solution parameters with volume percentage of 30%on the icing effect of ice storage heat exchanger under steady-state conditions,the local structure of ice storage heat exchanger is physically modeled and its icing condition is numerically simulated and analyzed in this paper.Firstly,according to the basic parameters of ice storage heat exchanger,the icing process under steady-state conditions is numerically simulated and analyzed.The ice thickness,liquid ratio and outlet temperature of glycerol aqueous solution in the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to preliminarily verify the reliability of the setting of numerical simulation parameters.Then,change the inlet temperature and flow of glycerol aqueous solution to obtain the change law of glycerol solution temperature,flow and external icing thickness of heat exchange tube row.The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data shows that the experimental data are basically consistent with the simulation results.The numerical simulation method can be used to simulate and optimize the icing heat transfer of the ice storage heat exchanger.The temperature and flow of glycerol aqueous solution have a great influence on the icing thickness and distribution position outside the heat exchange tube row.
