高等教育普及化背景下发展高等继续教育的深度思考 被引量:7

摘要 高等继续教育属于高等教育的范畴,具有国民教育和非国民教育的双重属性。根据受教育对象需求的不同,表现出补偿性、发展性和怡情性等功能,除了专门的高等教育机构外,培训机构、企业及有关事业单位也是举办高等继续教育的重要组织。相较于普通高等教育,高等继续教育主要开展应用性知识活动,着眼于培养学生知识和技术的应用能力和素质,遵循学生从实践到理论再到实践的认知发展要求。发展高等继续教育,亟待认清其学生、教师、学历与学位的特殊性,解决好学生的工学矛盾,重视以学生为中心,建立起研究和教学相结合的教师队伍,重视高等继续教育发展的市场导向和学生导向。 Higher continuing education belongs to the category of higher education and has the dual attributes of national education and non-national education. According to the different needs of the educated objects, it shows the functions of compensation, extension and affection. In addition to specializing higher education institutions, training institutions, enterprises and related institutions are also important organizations for holding higher continuing education. Compared with ordinary higher education, higher continuing education mainly carried out applied knowledge activities, focusing on cultivating students’ application ability and quality of knowledge and technology, and following students’ cognitive development requirements from practice to theory and then to practice. To develop higher continuing education, it is urgent to recognize the particularity of its students, teachers, academic qualifications and degrees, to solve the students’ work-study contradictions, to attach importance to students as the center, to establish a teaching team that combines research and teaching, to establish a school-running orientation based on market demand and student needs.
