摘要
针对智能弹药武器系统点火脉冲测试需求,提出了一种基于PXI架构的点火负载动态模拟系统设计方法,该系统采用上下位机模式,上位机基于Windows平台开发,用于实现点火负载特性参数配置、试验过程控制、实时显示与波形回放等功能;下位机采用FPGA主控,通过控制AD实时采集点火脉冲,由FPGA实现触发并计时控制功率电路的通断,从而模拟点火作用过程。试验表明:该系统可较为真实的模拟点火具作用过程,并且参数配置灵活、实时性好、精度高,在武器系统点火脉冲测试过程中具有较高的应用价值。
This paper proposes a design method of dynamic ignition load simulation system based on PXI architecture,for the test requirement of ignition pulse of intelligent munition.The simulation system uses the upper and lower computers.The upper computer is developed based on the Windows platform,used for the parameter configuration of ignition load,the process control,real-time display,and waveform playback.The lower computer is controlled by FPGA.Ignition pulse is collected by AD,and the ignition process is simulated by timing on-off state of power control circuit controlled by FPGA.Experiments show that the system can simulate igniter works relatively truly.The system has higher application in the test of ignition pulse of weapon system,with its flexible parameter configuration,good real-time performance and high accuracy.
