摘要
为提高高落速云爆弹云雾爆轰可靠性,设计了二次起爆装置及抛射机构,通过现场抛射试验的方法考核了抛射机构的强度及抛射可靠性。研究了抛射药质量、固定挡板的螺钉数量对二次起爆装置抛射速度的影响,得到了随抛射药质量增加,二次起爆装置的抛射速度逐渐加大,且二者呈幂指数关系;同时随着固定挡板的螺钉数增多,二次起爆装置的抛射速度逐渐减小。研究结果为合理设计抛射药药量及螺钉数获得理想抛射速度,实现对二次起爆装置的落点及起爆时机的控制提供理论支持及数据支撑。
In order to improve the reliability of cloud detonation of high falling velocity cloud detonation bomb,a twice-detonating device and an ejection mechanism are designed in this paper.The strength and reliability of the ejection mechanism are evaluated by the method of field ejection test.The influence of projectile mass and the number of screws fixing baffle plate on the ejection velocity of the twice-detonating device is studied.It is found that the ejection velocity of the twice-detonating device increases gradually with the increase of projectile mass,and the relationship between the two is exponential.At the same time,with the increase of the number of screws fixing the baffle plate,the ejection velocity of the twice-detonating device decreases gradually.The results provide theoretical support and data support for rational design of projectile dosage and screw number to obtain ideal ejection velocity,and for controlling the drop point and initiation time of the twice-detonating device.
