Research on the Integration of Social Morality into the Construction of the Rule of Law

社会公德与法治存在着密不可分的关系。一方面,社会公德为法治建设提供思想基础,成为法治运行的内在动力;另一方面,法治建设促进社会公德建设成果的制度化,为社会公德提供强制力保障,是社会公德发展的加速器。把社会公德建设和法治建设结合起来,将有助于形成社会公德治理的良好利益引导机制,同时促进法律自身的完善,实现社会公德与法治的良性互动。

There is an inseparable relationship between social morality and the rule of law.On the one hand,social morality provides the ideological foundation for the construction of the rule of law and becomes the internal driving force for the operation of the rule of law;on the other hand,the construction of the rule of law promotes the institutionalization of the construction of social morality,provides a mandatory guarantee for social morality,and is an accelerator for the development of social morality.Combining the construction of social morality and the rule of law will help to form a good interest guidance mechanism for social morality governance,promote the improvement of the law itself in the meantime,and realize the benign interaction between social morality and the rule of law.
