疫情、水灾双重叠加下,河南省部分中小企业出现现金流断裂、资金周转困难、断贷、关门破产等困境。由于中小企业自身、金融机构和政府社会等多方面的原因,中小企业的融资问题始终得不到根本解决。实践探索和疫情冲击的现实证明:中小企业、金融机构、政府、社会等多方协同发力,才能帮助中小企业解决融资难的困境。

In the double epidemic situation, some SMEs have encountered difficulties such as cash flow breakage, capital turnover difficulties, loan suspension, closing and bankruptcy. Due to various reasons such as SMEs themselves,financial institutions and the government and society, the financing problems of SMEs have never been fundamentally resolved. Practical exploration and the reality of the impact of the epidemic have proved that: SMEs, financial institutions, the government, society and other parties must work together to help SMEs solve their financing difficulties.
