穴位按摩联合语言训练对脑卒中后语言障碍的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with language training on speech disorder after stroke

目的探讨穴位按摩联合语言训练对脑卒中后语言障碍的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于沈阳市第一人民医院进行治疗的100例脑卒中后语言障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用语言训练进行语言障碍康复,观察组患者采用穴位按摩联合语言训练进行语言障碍康复。比较两组患者的语言障碍改善情况及生活质量。结果观察组患者的语言障碍改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用穴位按摩与语言训练结合的方式对脑卒中后语言障碍患者进行治疗,可明显改善患者的语言障碍情况,提升患者的生活质量,具有较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with language training on language disorders after stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-stroke language impairment who were treated in the First People′s Hospital of Shenyang City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 50 cases each group.The patients in the control group were treated with language training for language disorder rehabilitation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint massage combined with language training for language disorder rehabilitation.The improvement of language disorder and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement degree of language impairment in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint massage and language training in the treatment of post-stroke patients with language disorder can significantly improve the patients′language disorder as well as their quality of life.It has a good clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
