摘要 目的探讨血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与降钙素原(PCT)水平在儿童原发性肾病综合征(PNS)中的相关性。方法选取2019年5月至2020年11月抚州市第一人民医院收治的60名儿童PNS患者作为观察组,另选同院60名同期健康体检儿童作为对照组,比较两组的SAA、hs-CRP与PCT水平。结果PNS儿童的SAA、hs-CRP及PCT指标的检测水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对PNS儿童的SAA、hsCRP与PCT进行Pearson相关性分析,结果显示:PCT水平与SAA、hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.05),hs-CRP水平与SAA水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论SAA、hs-CRP与PCT检测结果在一定程度上可帮助儿童原发性肾病综合征的诊断。 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum amyloid protein(SAA),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(PNS).Methods A total of 60children with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from May 2019 to November2020 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy children in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of SAA,HS-CRP and PCT were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of SAA,Hs-CRP and PCT in PNS children were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis of SAA,Hs-CRP and PCT in PNS children showed that PCT level was positively correlated with SAA,hs-CRP level(P<0.05).Hs-CRP level was positively correlated with SAA level(P<0.05).Conclusion SAA,HS-CRP and PCT can help the diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome in children to a certain extent.
