创新护理干预在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中的应用效果

Application effect of innovative nursing intervention in transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate

目的探讨创新护理干预在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2020年3月在广西梧州市红十字会医院手术室行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施创新护理干预。比较两组患者的术中冲洗液体溢出或溅出污染总发生率、术中标本留存率、舒适率及寒战发生率。结果观察组患者的术中冲洗液体溢出或溅出污染总发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(28.00%),标本留存率[(99±1)%]高于对照组[(95±3)%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适率(94.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的寒战发生率(0%)低于对照组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者应用创新护理干预,能有效减少术中冲洗液体溢出或溅出造成的污染,有利于提高术中标本留存率及患者的舒适率,降低患者的寒战发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of innovative nursing intervention in transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent transurethral plasmakinetic resection in the Operating Room of Red Cross Hospital of Wuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)by random number table method.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received innovative nursing intervention.The total contamination rate of intraoperative flushing fluid overflow or spatter,the retention rate of intraoperative specimens,the comfort rate of patients and the incidence of shivering were compared between the two groups.Results The total contamination rate of intraoperative flushing fluid overflow or spatter in the observation group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(28.00%),the specimen retention rate([99±1]%)was higher than that in the control group([95±3]%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort rate of patients in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of shivering in the observation group(0%)was lower than that in the control group(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of innovative nursing intervention in patients undergoing transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate can effectively reduce the pollution caused by the splashing of intraoperative flushing liquid or spatter,improve the retention rate of intraoperative specimens and the comfort rate of patients,and reduce the incidence of shivering.
