摘要
为解决伺服系统的通信问题,分析了现代伺服系统通信的通信工作需求,提出了采用STM32F407以及其自带的以太网控制器进行通信节点硬件设计。针对伺服系统通信特点,设计了伺服监控系统的Modbus/TCP协议实现的具体方法,以及与传统的RS485、CAN通信方式的数据同步更新方法。通过试验测试,表明该设计可以实现伺服监控系统的远程以太网监控功能。
To solve communication problems of servo monitoring system,communication working process of servo monitoring system is analyzed,and communication node hardware design by STM32F407and its own Ethernet controller is proposed in this paper.According to system communication characteristics,the implementation method of Modbus/TCP protocol for servo monitoring system is designed and the design and programming method of the software application program of the servo monitoring system Modbus/TCP protocol system are emphatically introduced.Tests show that the design can realize the remote Ethernet monitoring function of the servo monitoring system.
