摘要
在模拟量控制效果不好时,有必要先检查PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation,比例积分微分)算法的其它参数是否已经正确设定,然后再去整定P、I、D参数。在Emerson公司的Ovation品牌DCS (Distributed Control System,集散控制系统)中,搭建了一个简单自动回路,固定P、I、D,对其它的部分参数进行修改,开展仿真试验。结果表明在SP(Set Point,设定值)、PV(Point Value,测量值)量程不同时,控制输出均不同;在PID OUT(PID输出)设定为正负量程时,会导致控制扰动;在未正确设定标度转换系数时,部分输入数据将判读为溢出而不能参与控制。并给出了相应的参数设定和工作建议。
When the effect of analog control is not good, it is necessary to check whether other parameters of PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) algorithm have been set correctly,and then set P, I, D parameters. In Emerson’s Ovation brand DCS(Distributed Control System),a simple automatic loop is built to fix P,I and D,modify other parameters and carry this simulation test.The results show that the control output is different when the SP(Set Point) and PV(Point Value) ranges are different.When PID out is set to positive and negative range,it will cause control disturbance.When the scale conversion coefficient are not set correctly,part of the input data will be interpreted as overflow and cannot participate in the control.The corresponding parameter setting and working suggestions are given in this paper.
