目前大型的建设项目大多都具有周期长、管理难等特点,如何确保项目能够按时且高质量地完成,是当下项目管理人员非常关心的问题。针对这种情况,提出一种基于DM8的建设项目管理系统的设计方案,以国产数据库DM作为系统的数据层支撑,系统将在项目可研阶段完善整个项目的建设内容,然后依据具体的建设内容计算出整个项目的建设周期,再对各类业务指标实时监控。这样就能在项目管理层面为项目保质保量地完成提供了有力的保障。

At present,most large construction projects are characterized by long cycle and difficult management.How to ensure that the project can be completed on time and with high quality is the current project managers are very concerned about the problem.In this case,this paper presents a design scheme of the construction project management system based on DM8,Domestic database DM is used as the data layer support of the system.The system will complete the construction of the whole project during the feasibility phase of the project,and calculate the construction cycle of the whole project according to the specific construction content,then through the real-time monitoring of various business indicators.In this way,project management can provide a strong guarantee for the completion of project quality and quantity.
