摘要
针对现代电子设备电源控制和应用领域的灵活性,设计了一款基于STM32的降压直流斩波系统,系统选用STM32F0K6T6为MCU,同步BUCK电路为主电路拓扑,通过按键、旋转编码器、OLED显示屏实现人机交互,对目标电压、电流进行设置,运用增量式PID调节输出电压、电流。还设计了一键下载电路、蜂鸣器及LED报警电路,可便捷系统代码更新、调试,系统有过压、过流报警功能。通过系统测试实现了输出电压、电流的精准可控,具有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the flexibility of modern electronic equipment power control and application field,a buck DC chopper system based on STM32 is designed in this paper.The system uses stm32f0k6t6 as MCU,synchronous buck circuit as the main circuit topology,realizes human-computer interaction through key,rotary encoder and OLED display screen,sets the target voltage and current, and uses incremental PID to adjust the output voltage and current.The system also designs one click download circuit,buzzer and LED alarm circuit,which can facilitate system code update and debugging,and alarm system overvoltage and overcurrent.Through the system test,the output voltage and current can be controlled accurately,which has high practical value.
