经济欠发达地区深度融入长三角一体化发展的路径探析——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

The Exploration and Analyses for the Path of Comprehensive Integration of Economic Less-Developed Areas into Integrated Development of Yangtze River Delta—Exampled with Bengbu,Anhui Province

长三角区域一体化发展已上升为国家战略,它给区域内经济相对欠发达地区带来了新的机遇。通过经济联系测度发现,皖北中心城市蚌埠市与安徽、江苏两省的合肥、南京、徐州、滁州等城市具有较强的经济联系度,与上海市和苏州、杭州等城市具有一般联系度。对比2010年的数据,目前蚌埠市与沪苏浙部分城市经济联系度在相对减弱。建议蚌埠市积极打造“双圈联动”发展模式,强化东向经济联系度;合理利用省际帮扶政策,主动提升产业承接能力;着力推进“产城人”融合发展,蓄积发展新能量。

As one of national strategies,integrated development of Yangtze River Delta region has brought new opportunities to the relatively less-developed areas.The results of economic connection measurement show that Bengbu,the central city in Northern Anhui,has strong economic ties with Hefei,Nanjing,Xuzhou,Chuzhou of Anhui and Jiangsu provinces,and has general ties with Shanghai,Suzhou,Hangzhou.Compared with data in 2010,the current economic connection between Bengbu and partial cities in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang is decreasing relatively.It is recommended that Bengbu actively create a"Double Circle Connection"development model and strengthen economic ties with east china;rationally apply inter provincial assistance policies and take the initiative to improve the industrial undertaking capacity;strive to promote the integrated development of"Industry,City And People"and accumulate new energy for development.
