影响子宫肌瘤发病的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Hysteromyoma

目的:探讨影响子宫肌瘤发病的相关因素,以期为临床诊断与防治子宫肌瘤提供参考。方法:按照体检时间先后顺序,选取2017年8月至2018年12月在我院治未病科体检查出子宫肌瘤的252例患者作为观察组,并选取同期体检的252例健康女性作为对照组。对两组人员的体质指数(BMI)、抑郁焦虑情绪、运动时间、腰围、分娩次数、豆制品食用频率等指标予以分析,探讨影响子宫肌瘤患者的发病因素。结果:观察组子宫肌瘤患者BMI指数、抑郁评分、焦虑评分均高于对照组健康女性(P<0.05)。观察组患者在运动时间≥90 min/周、腰围<80 cm、分娩次数≥2次、腹壁脂肪厚度0~20 mm的人数多于对照组健康女性(P<0.05)。结论:运动时间、腰围、分娩次数、抑郁焦虑情绪、BMI指数是影响子宫肌瘤发病的相关因素。为降低子宫肌瘤的发病风险,应结合个人肥胖程度、情绪波动等实际情况,制定和实施科学的运动计划,合理控制BMI指数、腰围与体重,保持心情愉悦等。

Objective:To explore the related factors affecting the incidence of hysteromyoma,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and prevention of hysteromyoma.Methods:According to the order of physical examination,252 patients with hysteromyoma from department of treatment and diseases in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 252 healthy women were randomly selected as the control group.The physical indicators,depression and anxiety,exercise frequency,waist circumference,delivery times,soy food consumption frequency and other indicators of the two groups were analyzed to explore the pathogenic factors of patients with hysteromyoma.Results:The BMI index,depression score,and anxiety score of patients with hysteromyoma in the observation group were higher than those of healthy women in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the number of patients with exercise time≥90 min/week,waist circumference<80 cm,number of deliveries≥2 times,and abdominal wall fat thickness of 0-20 mm were significantly more than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The related factors of hysteromyoma included exercise frequency,waist circumference,delivery times,depression and anxiety,BMI index.In order to reduce the risk of hysteromyoma,it is necessary to formulate and implement a scientific exercise plan,reasonably control BMI index,waist circumference and weight,and maintain a happy mood based on the actual situation of personal obesity,mood fluctuations,etc.
