数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响--以创新与劳动生产效率提高为视角

Impact of the Digital Economy on the High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry--From the Perspective of Innovation and Labor Productivity Improvement

基于30个省、自治区、直辖市2013—2018年的面板数据,采用熵值法测度数字经济和制造业高质量发展水平,对数字经济影响制造业高质量发展进行了效应评估。结果表明:数字经济显著促进了制造业高质量发展;不同地区的数字经济水平对制造业高质量发展的影响具有异质性;数字经济对制造业高质量发展的正向影响是通过创新效应、劳动生产率提高效应两大路径实现的。提出了促进制造业高质量发展的政策建议:政府应该着力推动数字经济发展;打破“数字壁垒”,避免“数字鸿沟”;鼓励研发与创新,打通数字经济促进制造业高质量发展的创新效应路径。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2013 to 2018,this paper uses the entropy method to measure the level of the digital economy and the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and evaluates their mutual effects.The results show that:the digital economy has significantly promoted the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry;the impact of the level of the digital economy in different regions on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is heterogeneous;the positive impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is through the paths of innovation effect and labor productivity improvement.It puts forward policy recommendations to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry:the government should focus on promoting the development of the digital economy,break“digital barriers”,encourage research development and innovation,avoid“digital gaps”to get through innovation effect paths of digital economy promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
