创业团队异质性与新创企业创新绩效--基于模糊集定性比较分析方法

Heterogeneity of Entrepreneurial Team and Innovation Performance of Start-ups--Qualitative Comparative Analysis Based on Fuzzy Sets

以甘肃省创业大赛的80个创业团队为研究案例,运用定性比较分析方法,分析了创业团队性别、教育水平、创业经验、行业经验、职能经验5个异质性特征的组态效应对新创企业创新绩效的影响,为新创企业组建高质量的创业团队提供多条组合路径。研究发现:高企业创新绩效的创业团队异质性特征组合有6种,可以归纳为4条路径,即“性别和创业经验异质性”“创业经验和行业经验异质性”“教育和行业经验异质性”“性别和职能经验异质性”;创业团队社会性异质性和功能性异质性的组合更利于提高创新绩效,在组建创业团队时应该有意识地保持团队社会性和功能性的多样性和互补性。

Taking 80 entrepreneurial teams in Gansu province entrepreneurship competition as research cases,using qualitative comparative analysis method,this paper starts with five heterogeneity characteristics of personnel gender,education level,entrepreneurial experience,industry experience and functional experience to analyze their configuration effects on innovation performance of start-ups,so as to provide multiple combination paths for them to form high-quality teams.The study finds out that there are six types of heterogeneous characteristic combinations of entrepreneurial teams with high innovation performance,which can be summarized into four paths of“gender and entrepreneurial experience”,“entrepreneurial experience and industry experience”,“education and industry experience”and“gender and functional experience”;the combination of social heterogeneity and functional heterogeneity is more conducive to improving innovation performance,and its diversity and complementarity should be consciously maintained when forming entrepreneurial teams.
