摘要
梳理与编码140所“双一流”建设高校清退研究生的538份正式文本,从主要原因、层次类别、年份趋势、学科分布、院校差异5个维度探究高校清退硕博研究生的实践现状。以入学前、科研中、教学上和毕业时4个阶段为序,揭示了高校清退研究生的复杂动因。认为应持续提高生源质量、建构“平等-合作”导学模式、完善课程教学标准、优化综合考评体系,以提升研究生培养质量。
By combing and coding 538 dismissing postgraduates announcement texts of 140“double tops”construction colleges and universities,this paper explores the current operation from five dimensions:main causes,level and categories,year trend,subject distribution and institutional differences.It reveals that the complicated causes for the postgraduate dismissal from colleges and universities are in the order of pre-enrollment,during scientific research,teaching and graduation.In order to improve the quality of postgraduate training,it believes that the quality of students should be continuously improved,the“equality-cooperation”guidance model should be constructed,the curriculum teaching standards should be perfected,and the comprehensive evaluation system should be optimized.
