“第十四届全国冬季运动会”气象保障经验及思考

Experience and Thinking of Meteorological Support in“The 14th National Winter Games of the People’s Republic of China”

冰雪赛事与气象条件关系密切,气象条件是影响冬季运动会成功举办的核心因素之一。文章以“第十四届全国冬季运动会”气象保障安排部署和高山滑雪气象服务为实例,总结分析冰雪赛事气象保障经验和不足,探讨冰雪赛事气象保障机制、凝练服务模式,提出强化“机构、方案、产品”三个设计,重视“需求、问题、任务”三个清单,加强“技术、手段、供给”三个能力,以期为今后做好冰雪赛事气象保障服务提供借鉴。

Snow and ice sport events are closely related to the meteorological conditions,and meteorological conditions are one of the core factors for the successful holding of winter games.Taking the meteorological support arrangement and deployment of The 14th National Winter Games of the People’s Republic of China and alpine skiing meteorological service as the examples,this paper summarizes and analyzes that insufficient experience and shortcomings exist in the meteorological support for snow and ice sport events,explores the meteorological support mechanism and concise service mode of snow and ice sport events,and puts forward the suggestion to strengthen the three designs of“institutions,schemes and products”,attaches importance to the three lists of“demands,problems and tasks”,and enhances the three capabilities of“technology,means and supply”,so as to provide reference for meteorological support of snow and ice sport events in the future.
