应急广播与气象预警信息微信号播发对接机制探讨

推动气象预警信息在应急广播体系中的应用,是一项跨部门、跨领域的工作,需要上下、内外、左右的协同。文章通过对内蒙古自治区应急广播与气象预警信息对接工作方案的研究,完善优化了应急广播与突发事件气象预警信息发布系统的工作机制,制定了适合内蒙古自治区的气象预警信息发布机制,并研究利用微信企业号,作为双播发、双备份手段为应急广播终端责任人建立群组发布气象预警信息,实现气象预警信息面向公众的准确及时发布。

Promoting the application of meteorological early warning information in emergency broadcasting system is a crossdepartment and cross-field work,which needs the cooperation of multiple departments.As a pilot province of this work,the Inner Mongolia,in accordance with the overall deployment of the work plan,has improved and optimized the emergency broadcast and emergency early warning information release system,and studied and formulated an early warning information release mechanism suitable for our district.As a double-broadcasting and double-backup means,wechat enterprise is used to set up groups for the responsible persons of emergency broadcasting terminals to release early warning information,so as to realize accurate and timely release of early warning information to the public.
