中国区域环境效率与协同发展水平测度 被引量:3

Measurement of Regional Environmental Efficiency and Coordinated Development Level in China

摘要 文章基于窗口分析法,运用超效率非期望产出MinDS模型测度了2011—2020年我国西部地区、京津冀地区、长三角地区、长江中游地区、东北地区和珠三角地区等主要区域的环境效率指数,并使用协同度模型测算了不同区域环境效率的协同发展水平。研究发现,我国环境效率水平呈现不断上升的趋势,但不同区域之间存在较大差异。其中,东北地区的环境效率相对较低,而珠三角地区的环境效率较高。进一步根据协同度模型实证研究发现,总体上来看,我国环境效率整体协同度表现出持续增长的态势,且2019年后迈入高度协同的发展状态;不同区域之间的环境效率多处于中度协同的发展状态;环境效率高度协同的区域多位于南方地区。 Based on the window analysis method,this paper uses the MinDS model of super-efficiency undesired output to measure the environmental efficiency index of the western region,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta region,middle reaches of the Yangtze River region,northeast region and Pearl River Delta region in China from 2011 to 2020,and then uses the coordination model to measure the coordinated development level of environmental efficiency in different regions.Researches find that the level of environmental efficiency in China shows a rising trend with differences among regions,and that the environmental efficiency of northeast China is relatively low,while that of the Pearl River Delta is relatively high.According to further empirical research of coordination degree model,it is found that the coordination degree of China’s environmental efficiency shows a trend of continuous growth on the whole,and has entered a highly collaborative development state after 2019,that the environmental efficiency of different regions is mostly at the moderate coordinated development level,and that the regions with high coordinated development level of environmental efficiency are mostly in the south.
