摘要
为了在疫情新常态下有效防控EPC总承包项目的物流风险,实现物流的经济、安全、及时、高效,本文以云南呈钢集团某EPC总承包烧结项目为例,分析了总承包项目的物流特点。结果表明:物流风险主要来自生产制造、物流停运、运输途中搁置、无法及时卸车;同时,EPC总承包项目物流不能单纯考虑运输成本、转运费用,还需结合项目实际情况,综合考虑地域、工期、仓储、装卸、环境等因素,应当围绕合同工期这一既定目标开展物流工作。
In order to effectively prevent and control the logistics risk of EPC projects under the new normal of epidemic situation,and to achieve economic,safe,timely and efficient logistics,the logistics characteristics of EPC project is analyzed by taking an EPC sintering project of Yunnan Chenggang Steel Group as an example.The results show that the logistics risks mainly come from manufacturing,logistics stoppage,shelving in transit,and inability to unload trucks in time;at the same time,the transportation costs and transshipment costs for logistics of EPC projects cannot be simply considered,the actual situation of the project should be taken into account,and such factors as geography,schedule,storage,loading,unloading,the environment,etc.should be considered,while the logistics work should be carried out around the established goal of contract duration.
