摘要
针对医科院校管理类本科专业建设“责任主体不明确、责权利不对等、缺乏更新和改进动力、人才缺乏竞争力优势”的困境,应根据扩增量、调存量、以学科发展做强专业建设的改革原则,提出了设立专业负责人和负责团队,利用委托代理理论强化学校和专业负责团队的责权利关系,激发责任主体积极性,赋予专业负责团队足够的改革资源和权限,才能按照国家标准高质量建设管理类本科专业。
To solve the difficulty of ambiguous responsibility subject,unbalance of rights and liability,lack of improvement motivation and decrease of competitiveness in the specialty construction of management major in medical universities,followed with the reform principle of enlarging increment,adjusting stock,and strengthening specialty construction by disciplinary development,some suggestion were put forward,mainly as setting up specialty person in charge and principal team,strengthening the right and liability relation between university and the principal,stimulating the positivity of person in charge,endowing the team enough reform resource and right,which could construct the high-quality management specialty according to the country standards.
