摘要
文章通过对不同型号翻斗式雨量传感器的研究,以各行业翻斗式雨量传感器现行有效的计量技术法规、行业标准、企业标准、产品说明等技术资料为依据,提出一种适用于分辨力为0.1、0.2、0.5 mm,承水口内径为200.0、159.6、225.0 mm的翻斗式雨量传感器现场核查方法,并从翻斗式雨量传感器的测量原理以及现场核查的技术要求、方法、步骤、数据处理、核查周期等方面进行了详细介绍。该方法符合相关标准及检定规程技术要求,可以有效提高不同行业翻斗式雨量传感器现场核查结果的准确性和现场核查技术方法的一致性,填补目前非常用口径及分辨力的翻斗式雨量传感器现场核查方法的空缺,为相关业务人员提供参考。
Based on the research of different types of tilting bucket rainfall sensors and the current effective measurement technical regulations, industry standards, enterprise standards, product specifications and other technical data of various industries, this paper proposes a spot verification method of tipping bucket rainfall sensor with inner diameter of 200.0 mm, 159.6 mm and 225.0 mm of the nozzle and resolving power of 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.5 mm. This paper introduces the technical requirements, methods, steps,data processing and checking period of the tipping bucket rainfall sensor in detail. This method meets the technical requirements of relevant standards and specifications, and can effectively improve the accuracy of on-site verification results of tipping bucket rainfall sensors in different industries. This method develops verification methods with different diameter and the resolution of tipping bucket rain sensor, which can provide reference for related business personnel.
