Practice and Reflection of Library Service Under the Environment of Open Science

开放科学是一个集合概念,涵盖开放获取、开放科学基础设施建设、开放评价等内容。图书馆信息服务与开放科学的理论依据和核心价值根本一致,具备政策、机构、实践等维度的现实基础,且通过开放获取、科研数据管理、机制建设等积累了典型经验。图书馆需进一步加快面向开放科学的数字化转型,加强面向开放科学的馆员能力培养,以开放获取为核心延伸服务链,并注重服务开放科学的多主体协同,为构建开放科学生态助力。

Open science is a collective concept, covering open access, open science infrastructure construction, open evaluation and other contents. The theoretical basis and core value of library information service and open science are basically the same. It has the realistic foundation of policy, institution and practice, and has accumulated typical experience through open access, scientific research data management and mechanism construction. Libraries need to further accelerate the digital transformation of open science, strengthen the ability training of librarians, extend the service chain with open access as the core, and pay attention to the multi-agent cooperation of open science, so as to help build an open science ecology.
