高校辅导员指导大学生双创工作路径探究——以应用型本科高校为例

A study on the path of college counselors guiding college students’ entrepreneurship and Innovation work——Taking Application-oriented universities as an example

针对应用型本科高校双创人才培养中的创新意识、实践能力缺失问题,辅导员作为高校双创教育工作的主体发挥着重要作用。从指导双创工作意义出发,将思政教育融入大学生双创工作中,以提高大学生双创意识;通过深化校企合作,培养双能型辅导员队伍;围绕应用型本科高校双创教育水平的提升,构架更具系统性、落地性和可操作性的辅导员指导体系。

In view of the lack of innovative consciousness and practical ability in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Application-oriented universities, counselors play an important role as the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Starting from the significance of counselors’ participation in guiding innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper integrates ideological and political education into college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to improve college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship awareness. Through deepening school enterprise cooperation, cultivating a team of dual ability counselors and enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship guidance level in Application-oriented universities, a more systematic, practical and operable counselor guidance system will be established.
