摘要
热固性树脂基体的固化度是反映聚合物基复合材料性能的重要指标之一,为监测复合材料质量,需要对其进行测定。然而对于不同的测定方法,鲜有总结与区分。本文明确了化学分析与热分析中热固性树脂固化度的定义,总结、对比了各种方法的原理、优缺点及适用情况。将热分析方法进行细化以适应不同试样的不同需求。指出现有DSC法测固化度的缺点并提出改进方向。对于不同类型的热固性树脂基体试样,在测定固化度前应进行试验来确定最适合的方法。
The thermoset resin matrixes degree of cure is one of the vital testing indexes which can reflect the performance of polymer matrix composites.Totrace the quality of especially mass production, we need to determine it continually while there are rare studies to differentiate the determining methods.In this article, we clarify the concepts of the degree of cure in chemical analysis and thermal analysis determining method.Then we sum up and compare the theories, merits, demerits and applicability of chemical each determining method.Refine the thermal analysis method into three to adapt different needs of different kinds of specimen.Indicate the default of the current DSC testing method in practical operation and provide a improvement advice.In all, to different type of thermoset resin matrixes, different methods need to be tested to find out the most proper one.
