摘要
连续SiC纤维增强SiC基(SiC/SiC)复合材料具有质轻、耐高温、高温强度好、抗蠕变性能佳等特点,是下一代先进航空发动机热结构的首选。连续SiC纤维是SiC/SiC承载增韧的主要单元,是限制SiC/SiC发展和应用的关键材料。本文阐述了连续SiC纤维的发展历程,列举了国内外已经商品化的连续SiC纤维制备工艺和成本,对比了不同牌号纤维的力学性能,综述了SiC/SiC复合材料制备、性能及其应用,并对未来SiC/SiC复合材料的应用前景和发展方向进行了展望。
Continuous SiC fiber reinforced SiC matrix(SiC/SiC) composites have the characteristics of light weight, high temperature resistance, good high temperature strength and excellent creep resistance. They are the first choice for the hot-structure materials of the next generation of advanced aero engines. Continuous SiC fiber is the main unit of load-bearing and toughening for SiC/SiC composites, and the key material to limit the development and application of SiC/SiC. Therefore, this paper first reviews the development of continuous SiC fiber. The fabrication technologies for different generation of SiC fibers were stated. The properties and the prices of the commercialized continuous SiC fiber with different brands at home and abroad were listed and compared. On this basis, the preparation, properties and applications of SiC/SiC composites are reviewed. The application prospect and development direction of SiC/SiC Composites in the future are prospected.
