职业院校产教融合型实训基地建设标准与模式研究——以新能源汽车技术专业为例

我院育人特色鲜明,与戴姆勒、比亚迪、吉利等国内外知名企业深度开展校企合作,引进国际职教先进标准,融汇中外优质职教资源,形成“订单培养、双元育人”专业特色。围绕新能源汽车发展关键领域和关键技术,构建实践教学体系,共建集“实践教学、社会培训、真实生产、创新创业”为一体的专业化产教融合综合体,建设校外实训基地和特色产业学院,现以新能源汽车技术产教融合型实训基地为例进行研究。

Our college has distinctive educational characteristics.It has carried out in-depth school enterprise cooperation with Daimler,BYD,Geely and other well-known enterprises at home and abroad,introduced international advanced standards of vocational education,integrated high-quality vocational education resources at home and abroad,and formed the professional characteristics of"order training and dual education".Focusing on the key areas and technologies of new energy vehicle development,build a practical teaching system,jointly build a professional industry education integration complex integrating"practical teaching,social training,real production and innovation and entrepreneurship",and build an off campus training base and a characteristic industry college.Now take the industry education integration training base of new energy vehicle technology as an example.
