中职专业产教融合的教改路径探索——以汽车服务与营销专业为例

在教育改革的大时代背景下,中职院校为了进一步扩大教学成果,必须要强化校企合作力度,构建产教融合人才培养性模式,才能够为教学活动注入更多的教育价值,并保障学生能力培养与职业需求相匹配,从而在最大程度上提高学生的核心竞争力。在这篇文章中,将会以产教融合人才培养模式为核心出发点,在充分考虑教学实际和时代背景的前提下,系统性阐述校企合作产教融合人才培养模式构建的优越性,深入探究现阶段产教融合人才培养模式中的不足之处,并在此基础上提出切实可行的优化改进措施。

In the context of the era of education reform,in order to further expand teaching achievements,secondary vocational colleges must strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and build a talent training model that integrates production and education,so as to inject more educational value into teaching activities,ensure that students’ ability training matches their occupational needs,and improve students’ core competitiveness to the greatest extent.In this article,the core starting point of the talent training model of industry-education integration will be systematically expounded,and the advantages of the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model under the premise of fully considering the teaching practice,and the background of the times will be explored in depth.The deficiencies in the current production-education integration talent training model will be studied,and on this basis,the article puts forward feasible optimization and improvement measures.
