摘要
目的探究联合前倾角技术结合导针定位器对提高全髋关节置换术(THA)髋臼假体植入精准度的效果。方法78例因疾病原因拟行THA患者为研究对象,在术中应用联合前倾角技术结合导针定位器。比较患者手术前后疼痛情况及髋关节功能。结果患者手术前、手术后1个月、手术后3个月、手术后6个月疼痛评分分别为(6.03±1.55)、(2.52±0.71)、(1.38±0.23)、(0.43±0.11)分。手术后1、3、6个月,患者疼痛评分均低于手术前,且随时间的延长而下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,患者Harris髋关节功能评分为(84.96±4.38)分,高于术前的(60.42±5.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行THA过程中,应用联合前倾角技术结合导针定位器可以提升髋臼假体植入精准度,从而降低疼痛程度,提高术后髋关节功能,效果理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined anteversion technique combined with guide pin locator in improving the accuracy of acetabular prosthesis implantation in total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 78 patients who planned to undergo THA for disease reasons were selected as the research subjects.The combined anteversion technique combined with the guide pin locator was implemented during the surgery.Pain and hip joint function before and after surgery were compared.Results The pain scores of the patients before surgery,1 month after surgery,3 months after surgery,and 6 months after surgery were(6.03±1.55),(2.52±0.71),(1.38±0.23),and(0.43±0.11)points.At 1,3,and 6 months after surgery,the pain scores of the patients were all lower than that before surgery,and decreased with the prolongation of surgery time,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the Harris hip function score of the patient was(84.96±4.38)points,which was higher than(60.42±5.37)points before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During surgery for THA,the combined anteversion technique combined with guide pin locator can improve the accuracy of acetabular prosthesis implantation,thereby reducing pain and improving postoperative hip function with satisfactory results.
