摘要
目的探讨二陈平胃散加减治疗气郁痰阻型难治性胃食管反流病(RGERD)的临床疗效。方法50例气郁痰阻型RGERD患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊、枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用二陈平胃散加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心理状态及临床症状。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑症状评分(7.03±1.43)分、抑郁症状评分(6.87±1.36)分、胃食管反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)评分(5.77±4.83)分均低于对照组的(10.33±2.45)、(10.90±2.28)、(9.47±5.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二陈平胃散加减治疗气郁痰阻型RGERD疗效显著,值得进行临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of modified Erchen Pingwei Powder on refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(RGERD)of Qi-stagnation and phlegm obstruction type.Methods A total of 50 cases of RGERD patients with Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and mosapride citrate tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Erchen Pingwei Powder based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect,psychological state and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 96.0%of the observation group was higher than 76.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety symptom score(7.03±1.43)points,the depression symptom score(6.87±1.36)points and the gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)score(5.77±4.83)points in the observation group were all lower than(10.33±2.45),(10.90±2.28),and(9.47±5.80)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Erchen Pingwei Powder has significant efficacy in the treatment of RGERD with Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
