Artermin和SOD2基因在子宫内膜相关疾病中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of Artermin and superoxide dismutase 2(SOD2)genes in endometrium-related diseases

目的对Artermin和超氧化物歧化酶2(SOD2)基因在子宫内膜相关疾病中的表达及意义进行分析。方法对200例女性子宫内膜组织蜡块标本使用免疫组织学检测,分析Artermin和SOD2基因在良性子宫内膜疾病与子宫内膜癌中的表达。结果在本次所收集的样品之中,61例为正常的子宫内膜标本,Artermin基因的表达占比42.62%(26/61),SOD2基因的表达占比68.85%(42/61);32例简单型子宫内膜低度增生,Artermin基因的表达占比25.00%(8/32),SOD2基因的表达占比56.25%(18/32);32例复杂型子宫内膜高度增生,Artermin基因的表达占比53.13%(17/32),SOD2基因的表达占比43.75%(14/32);75例子宫内膜恶性肿瘤,Artermin基因的表达水平占比84.00%(63/75),SOD2的表达占比38.67%(29/75)。在各组织中,Artermin以及SOD2基因的表达水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Artermin和SOD2基因表达与恶性肿瘤具有直接关系。

Objective To analyze the expression and significance of Artermin and SOD2 genes in endometrium-related diseases.Methods 200 cases of female endometrial tissue wax were collected and the expression of Artermin and SOD2 genes was compared by immunohistochemistry.Results Among the samples collected this time,61 cases were normal endometrial specimens,the expression of Artermin gene accounted for 42.62%(26/61),and the expression of SOD2 gene accounted for 68.85%(42/61).In 32 cases of simple low-grade endometrial hyperplasia,the expression of Artermin gene accounted for 25.00%(8/32),and the expression of SOD2 gene accounted for 56.25%(18/32).In 32 cases of complex endometrial hyperplasia,the expression of Artermin gene accounted for 53.13%(17/32),and the expression of SOD2 gene accounted for 43.75%(14/32).In 75 cases of endometrial malignant tumors,the expression of Artermin gene accounted for 84.00%(63/75),and the expression of SOD2 gene accounted for 38.67%(29/75).In each tissue,the expression levels of Artermin and SOD2 genes were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Artermin and SOD2 are directly related to malignant tumor.
