摘要
母系表达基因3(MEG3)属于长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)基因家族,在肿瘤发生和进展过程中扮演重要角色。lncRNA MEG3在多种肿瘤组织中的表达明显下调,对肿瘤有负性调节作用。其主要通过与RNA、蛋白质等生物大分子相互作用和自身甲基化在肿瘤中发挥作用。lncRNA MEG3通过参与促癌和抑癌信号通路调节肿瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡,其也可作为竞争性内源性RNA与微RNA结合调控肿瘤细胞的生物学行为,lncRNA MEG3也可通过Notch通路发挥调控肿瘤的作用,但此通路尚需深入研究。未来还需对lncRNA MEG3在肿瘤中的具体作用机制进行更深和更广泛的研究,以期为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供作用靶点。
Maternally expressed gene 3(MEG3)belongs to a family of long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)genes that play an important role in tumorigenesis and progression.lncRNA MEG3 expression is significantly down-regulated in a variety of tumor tissues and negatively regulates tumors.It acts in tumors mainly through interaction with biomolecules such as RNA and proteins and its own methylation.lncRNA MEG3 regulates tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis by participating in tumor promoting and tumor inhibiting signaling pathways,and it can also act as a competitive endogenous RNA binding to microRNA to regulate the biological behavior of tumor cells.lncRNA MEG3 can also play a role in tumor regulation through the Notch pathway,but the this pathway needs to be studied in depth.In the future,deeper and more extensive studies on the specific mechanisms of lncRNA MEG3 in tumors are needed to provide targets for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
