Current Status of Diagnosis and Treatment of Cystic Neutrophilic Granulomatous Mastitis

囊性中性粒细胞性肉芽肿性乳腺炎(CNGM)是近年发现的一种具有独特病理特征的慢性非哺乳期乳腺炎。目前临床上将CNGM的诊断与治疗归于肉芽肿性乳腺炎,但CNGM与棒状杆菌感染具有一定相关性,且具有独特的临床特征,表现为更剧烈的炎症反应及较差的预后,因此需要更长周期的治疗和密切的随访。目前关于CNGM的报道多为小样本、回顾性的病例研究,未来还需开展较大样本量的临床及机制研究,同时还应进一步明确CNGM的病因、临床表现、影像学及微生物学特点,从而为CNGM规范化诊治措施的制订奠定基础。

Cystic neutrophilic granulomatous mastitis(CNGM)is a recently discovered chronic non-lactating mastitis with unique pathological characteristics in recent years.At present,CNGM is clinically classified as granulomatous mastitis in the diagnosis and treatment,but CNGM has a certain correlation with Corynebacterium infection with its own unique clinical characteristics,manifested as a more severe inflammatory response and poor prognosis,requiring longer periods of treatment and close follow-up.The current reports on CNGM are mostly small sample and retrospective case studies,so large-sample clinical and mechanism studies are needed in the future to further clarify the etiology,clinical manifestations,imaging and microbiological characteristics,so as to lay the foundation for the formulation of standardized diagnosis and treatment schemes of CNGM.
