摘要
糖尿病和肥胖是近年严重影响人群身体健康的疾病。胰岛素替代是治疗糖尿病的重要手段,可促进葡萄糖的氧化利用以及糖原合成,在维持机体能量代谢和血糖平衡中起重要作用。胰岛β细胞分泌的胰岛素经体液途径与胰岛素受体结合,通过启动下游信号通路而发挥作用。而胰岛素与中枢神经系统糖代谢密切相关,中枢神经系统和外周体液系统的胰岛素调控异常可引发肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病。因此,深入研究胰岛素对中枢与外周代谢的调控机制具有重要意义。
Diabetes and obesity are diseases that seriously affect people′s health in recent years.Insulin replacement is an important method to treat diabetes,which can promote glucose oxidation and glycogen synthesis,and plays an important role in maintaining energy metabolism and blood glucose balance.Insulin secreted by isletβcells binds to insulin receptor through humoral pathway and plays a role by activating downstream signal pathway.Insulin is closely related to the central nervous system glucose metabolism.Abnormal regulation of insulin in the central nervous system and peripheral fluid system can lead to metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth study on the regulation mechanism of insulin on central and peripheral metabolism.
