摘要
当下全球环境不断恶化导致各国经济发展面临碳约束与能源资源约束,基于此,构建SBM模型测算中国各省能源经济效率与能源环境效率,并利用改进后的EKC模型进行实证分析.研究发现:①考虑非期望产出的能源环境效率显著低于能源经济效率,管理水平、制度环境等技术要素对提升能源利用效率的作用要大于规模经济效应.②国家层面上能源环境效率与经济增长呈现N型曲线关系,正处于第二个拐点后上升阶段,能源环境技术效率呈现倒U型且正处在上升阶段.③三大地区的能源环境效率随经济增长整体呈现上升趋势,东部地区的能源环境效率以及能源技术效率随经济增长均呈现N型关系.
The deteriorating global environment has led to carbon constraints and energy resource constraints in the economic development of various countries.Based on this,an SBM model was constructed to measure the energy economic efficiency and energy-environmental efficiency of Chinese provinces,and the improved EKC model was used for empirical analysis.The results are as follows.①The energy-environmental efficiency considering undesired output is significantly lower than the energy economic efficiency,and the role of technical factors such as management level and institutional environment in improving energy utilization efficiency is greater than the effect of economies of scale.②At the national level,energy-environmental efficiency and economic growth show an N-shaped curve relationship,which is in the rising stage after the second inflection point.Energy-environmental technical efficiency and economic growth show an inverted U-shaped relationship,which is in the rising stage.③The energy-environmental efficiency of the three major regions show an upward trend with economic growth as a whole,while the energy-environmental efficiency and energy technical efficiency of the eastern region show an N-type relationship with economic growth.
