摘要
基于我国2000—2020年各项数据,采用层间相关性的客观赋值法确定天然气消费评价指标权重,进而测算天然气消费综合得分,采用非期望产出SBM模型测算碳效率的综合得分,最后应用耦合协调度模型测算天然气消费-碳效率的耦合协调度.结果表明:天然气消费综合得分小幅波动上升,但仍存在较大改善空间;碳效率综合得分平稳上升;我国天然气消费-碳效率耦合协调度由轻度失调状态逐步发展到中级协调状态.
Based on the data from 2000 to 2020 in China,the evaluation index weight of natural gas consumption is determined by the CRITIC method,and then the comprehensive score of natural gas consumption is calculated.The comprehensive score of carbon efficiency is calculated by the undesirable output SBM model.Finally,the coupling coordination degree of natural gas consumption and carbon efficiency is calculated by using coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the comprehensive score of natural gas consumption fluctuates slightly,but there is still a large room for improvement.The comprehensive score of carbon efficiency increases steadily.The coupling coordination degree of natural gas consumption and carbon efficiency in China has gradually developed from a mild imbalance state to an intermediate coordination state.
