大流动混凝土正交试验对其和易性影响因素研究与分析

摘要 大流动性混凝土定义为拌和物坍落度不低于160 mm的混凝土。在混凝土工程应用中,大流动混凝土拌和物的工作性容易发生泌水、离析等不良现象,造成这些不良现象的原因有很多:水泥成分,砂石料集配、粒径、有害物质,掺和料的掺量,单位用水量,外加剂与水泥在相容性以及温湿度外界因素等。 Large flow concrete is defined as the slump of the mixture is not less than 160 mm in concrete.Concrete engineering applications,the big flow the workability of concrete mixture are prone to bleeding,as well as the segregation phenomenon,there are a lot of the bad phenomena:the cement composition,the application of distribution,particle size and harmful substances,dosage of admixture,unit water consumption,additive compatibility with cement and external factors such as temperature and humidity.
