摘要 本研究采用三种不同消解方法对土壤进行消解,测试土壤中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni 6种元素的含量。对测试的准确度、精密度以及加标回收率做对比分析。分析结果表明:①电热板消解因消解不完全,6种元素测试值均偏低。测试的准确度、精确度以及加标回收率均偏低;②经全自动石墨消解的土壤,除了Cr元素测试值低于标准值,其他元素含量均在标准值范围内;③三种不同消解方法中,经微波消解的土壤,其6种元素的测试准确度、精确度以及加标回收率最优。以上分析结果表明:微波消解法测试的土壤,其测试的准确度、精确度、加标回收率最好,是比较理想的土壤消解方法。 Three different digestion methods are used to digest the soil,and the contents of six elements Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr,and Ni in the soil are tested.The accuracy,precision and recovery rate of the test are compared and analyzed.The analysis results are as follows:①Due to the incomplete digestion of the electric heating plate,the test values of the six elements are all low.The accuracy,precision and recovery rate of the test are all low;②After automatic graphite digestion,the contents of other elements in the soil are all within the standard value except Cr;③Among the three different digestion methods,the soil digested by microwave has the best test accuracy,precision and standard recovery of six elements.The above analysis results showed that Microwave digestion is an ideal soil digestion method with the best accuracy,accuracy and recovery rate.
