摘要
青藏高原上的高寒湿地资源是我国最珍贵的宝库,它在促进气候调节、水源综合补给、生态平衡等各个方面都发挥着重要意义,为高原人民生活及劳作创造了条件。本研究综述了土壤中的环境因素如盐度、水分、植被等对高寒湿地土壤微生物的影响。通过对理论结果的分析提出一系列有意义的研究对象,提出可开展生物学技术对微生物繁殖、遗传方面的研究,并通过全面扩展研究范围来展开多种因素综合剖析的研究。
The alpine wetland resources on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau are the most precious treasure house in China.It plays an important role in promoting the research of climate regulation,comprehensive water supply,ecological balance and other aspects,and creates conditions for the life and work of the people on the plateau.This study reviews the effects of environmental factors in soil,such as salinity,water and vegetation,on soil microorganisms in alpine wetland.Through the analysis of the theoretical results,a series of meaningful research objects are put forward;It is proposed that the research on microbial reproduction and genetics can be carried out by biological technology,and the research trend of comprehensive analysis of various factors can be carried out by comprehensively expanding the research.
